Shiva Shahmir

Shiva Shahmir helps former property owners reclaim surplus proceeds resulting from Wayne County property tax foreclosures between 2015 and 2020. She joined the project in 2025 as a Project Manager at Outlier Media, leading efforts to notify eligible claimants and help them navigate the claims process. She enjoys visiting the boss ladies in the Wayne County Records room to keep up with the case.
