Graduates doubled. Cases crossed 1,000. Street Outreach Court Detroit in 2015 was in full log phase... the kind of exponential growth that makes you want to check your math twice. 17 graduates in year one became 34, then 71, then 120. 114 cases closed became 343, then 870, then 1,057.
The conditions are right. The model works. And the culture is growing.
